Sorry just a quick question, Consultation report form -PA4 report from Atos Health Care the report my friend has dose not have his NI Number on all the pages it is only on page 1 of 40 The health Professional was a Nurse Am i right in thinking that his NI Number should be on every sheet of paper as it is not what should he be doing ??

As far as I know the NIN is only on the front page.
