It would be very unusual for the DM not to follow the recommendation in the assessment report.

Just to let you know that we got the PIP for my son!!

He got enhanced mobility which he never before, can I ask about tax exemption on car tax as there was a leaflet in with award letter?

I use my car to also go to work, so I think that would mean I wouldn't qualify for the free road tax - is that how you read it?

The claimant does not have to be in the car but the usage does have to be to their benefit. remember, if the car is not taxed properly then it will invalidate your insurance.
