Hi I went to my PIP tribunal yesterday after a years wait. I found it all overwhelming even before I left home. Once I arrived for my 10 am appointment I was shown to a room and a very pleasant lady explained she was my Clerk of the court. At 10.05 am she came back into the room and said the Judge would not be attending due to being ill and they had no replacement and the tribunal would have to be cancelled and I would be contacted with another date. I just started to cry and my husband asked if we could have a few minutes so he could pacify me. The clerk was very apologetic. by the time we got home, we had a message to say they would be in touch soon. I was wondering if any other member has had to go through this?
