I rang Atos to find out the profession of the person who did my medical assessment , and they told me to find out the registration number it would be on the ' full pa health report', which they send to dwp, it apparently is not the report that the claimant receive s. I thought there was just one type of report. Can you please advise,? Thanks

As far as I am aware there is only one version of the report but it does not include the registration number of the assessor, you will need to retrieve this via the assessors professional body.
