I have submitted my completed PIP application form,however I have read through my copy and realised I have given the wrong date for when I last saw a consultant by 2 years do you think it will be a problem? I will be grateful for any advice .

Send a letter correcting the mistake to the Assessment Provider for your postcode and the DWP office dealing with your claim.
