Sent off pip forms 4 weeks ago with 3 consultants letters . My questions are
How long do people normally wait for a face to face ?
Could they award me on the evidence they have ?

The delay is probably due to Summer holidays as we would have expected you to have heard by now. You can chase the Assessment Provider for your postcode.

It's not impossible but Paper Based Reviews are reasonably rare.
