Review period

I have received my assessment report today, which to my surprise seems to be fairly accurate in terms of matching what is on my form (although some discrepancies) however, the assessor has recommended a review in six months which is odd since my conditions have been long standing and are unlikely to change.

I suppose my question is: do decision makers usually go with the recommendations in the report? I'd hate to have to go through another assessment in such a short time.
