Your letter needs to cover two things;

First, you need to make sure that you have shown that you meet the criteria for an award and then you need to deal with issues in the report.

You may have already done the first activity but you need to go back through your form to make sure that this is the case, if you haven't shown that you meet the criteria then it doesn't matter what you do with the report if you don't score the points.

You don't need to re-state things that you have already detailed, just point the DM at the sections in your AR1 and your previous PIP2, in fact, it may even help your case if you do this.

Then go through the report, concentrate on issues that lead to your scoring points. If you need to contradict the assessor then do so but do it by referring to your form and evidence an obvious example would be your incontinence and you should certainly mention the accident that you had during the interview.

Make sure the DM knows that you have made a complaint on the basis that there are blatant factual errors (not lies) in the report.

Ok, we're getting ahead of ourselves. you can write now to the DM detailing your concerns about the report. same rules as in my last post.

Then you are going to have to then wait for a Decision to decide what you do next.

A change in your conditions - The PIP legislation requires a change in your limitations to have existed for at least three months and to be reasonably present for a further nine months, you may be asked to explain when your problems increased. Also, the change has to be relevant to the PIP Descriptors, you can get worse and still not receive an award if the problems don't map to the criteria.

This part I needed to quote as it seems the assoer really wanted to fail me , according to her report it states that I told her I have not been physically sick with axintey for around a year , which is mot at all what I said ,
Also she said the previous assment that she believes that when I suffered immense mental issues about going out that I had told her I had not had any problems for around a year!

Unreal , really seems the assessment was not carried out by a trustworthy person

I sent letter today addressing the blatant factual errors, I also sent letter of complaint to Atos regarding the assessor,

I also called the assessment centre and spoke with the manager who remembered me and also knew about my incident there, she could not say much more expect she was fully aware of the incident so I have told her that the report is completely incorrect and does not state anything about the incident,, she told me to make a complaint and she would be looking it to it,

this maybe well and good but it does nothing for my situation

So I can not do anymore until I get the refusal letter from the pip

You can do some preparation in anticipation of the Decision; do a first draft of your MR request, see if you can source additional supporting evidence from your GP and other medical contacts.
