Phoned her the next day and the threat of sanctions was repeated again. This would be in the form of not being credited with the NIC credit which she said has a "monetary value".
We had a bit or an argument on the phone and then I told her the chapter & verse you suggested and she was completely clueless!
She said she will refer it on and I said fine & we left it at that!
