A friend claims ESA and it is due for review this month. The call centre told him that it was due for review on 21 December but the letter and form had not been sent out yet. He was told that he should return it within the time frame stated on the letter. Now he is limbo waiting for this letter!
His question is which form would he expect to receive? Is it the same ESA50 form? How long will he have to return it. He has to have help with this and is now worrying about having time to find someone to help him with this.
He will receive an ESA50 and will have four weeks to complete but this includes postage time at both ends, there is no extension available for completing the form.
