ESA Support Group originally awarded 7 years ago. I recently had to fill out a questionnaire and then attended a medical a few weeks ago. Have heard nothing from the decision maker.
Today received a letter demanding I attend a meeting with a work coach to "prepare for work in the future" or else face sanctions. There's nothing in the letter about what they've decided about my ESA award, they mention mandatory reconsideration only in the context of sanctions.
I don't know what's going, so clearly going to have to get in touch with them about it.
However, I'm just seeking a refresher on the procedure of submitting a mandatory reconsideration and also what do I even say to these people if they tell me I'm no longer in the Support Group, and that I still have to attend this meeting next week.
There's no way I can attend these work related meetings, what's the procedure to deal with that please?
I'm afraid the letter means it is highly likely that you have been moved to the WRAG.
Our ESA MR & Appeal guide explains the process for requesting an MR and there are template letters that you can use in the Submissions document in the ESA area.
