ESA , disability premiums . Do we have anyone on full Dla benefits and who’s partner is in full time employment and receives CB ESA . Are any of you getting paid the disability premiums because you qualify under the Dla umbrella??? Any advice from members in this position would be welcome John

To receive the ESA Premiums you need to be entitled to the payment of Income Related ESA but you cannot receive ESA(IR) if you have a partner working 24 or more hours a week, so the scenario in your post will not result in the Premiums being payable.
