To Much Pain Will Kill Y ou In The End
Staetement of reasons was created by terdun9
Statement or reason: Tribunal/or DWP did not accept my claim to be able travel safely reliably on my own as I am useless at doing this.. The more I read it the more I get confused about it all. They just can`t accept the fact that with all my ailments and pain that I manage to keep looking after my husband as well they are making such a big thing about it, we have been married 40 years we just get on with it there is nothing else we can do about it
When they asked, I told them about it on the appeal they seemed to be ok but all they want to do is say I didn't say enough about my needs. But when they ask the questions and I answer then.
I was wondering if when I got the Statement or reason I didn't get a copy of my response they asked for should I of got it with the other paper work
when I phone the appeal service when I got the SOR they said that the DWP have till the 27th January to bring this matter to a end. is there any more I can do about it
Thank you for reading

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

You can't do anything until you receive the SoR and even then, since it is the DWP that is progressing this matter, you must wait until you see any arguments, if they make any at all, as to why there was an Error of Law in the making of the Decision.
This is about how the Decision was made, not the evidence that you gave at the hearing.
