After being told I had 2 extra years in ESA Support Group I received the ESA50 form on 27th December 16 months before they told me it would happen. I suffer from severe depression and alcoholism and can't get treatment all year round in the city I live. My problem is getting evidence quickly as I have till Jan 24th to send the form back. How do I deal with this?
It is what it is, concentrate on getting the form filled in detail and returned, you can send evidence from your last assessment if you can show that it is still relevant or source new evidence and send it separately, there are considerable delays in the assessment part of the process so you should have at least a couple of months to do this and possibly more.
