I am awaiting a compensation payment for a personal injury claim. I am in receipt of ESA(Support Group) contribution based. Do,I have to declare the payment to DWP, and will it affect my benefits. Thanks CM

Providing you are only receiving ESA(CB) then your savings and assets will not affect your ESA and there is no requirement for you to notify the DWP of the compensation.
