Hello just has my esa assessment then typically I have now received the pip 1043; my gp has written me some useful supporting evidence about my condition for the esa, which I wanted to send back with my pip form, but it states not to send supporting evidence back from gp on the pip 1043: I find this really annoying when it describes how I have got worse and had medication increased ,has anyone else had this problem

Ignore the form you are perfectly entitled to send evidence with it but you will need to explain the relevance of the ESA information as even where there are overlaps between the two benefits, the criteria can still be very different.
