I know that advice is not normally available for housing benefit queries but hoping that someone may have an answer to my query? My husband and I are both in SG of ESA. The LHA have only taken one allowance of support group component of £37.65 into consideration. Surely this should be £37.65 x 2 as we are both entitled to this element?
