I’m sure this has been asked many times before but the waiting is agony. I had my PIP f2f at end of November, received letter 6 December 18 stating “We now have all the information we need to make a decision” if there have all they need why have I not heard anything? Should I ring them?
There are delays in the PIP Decision process with members waiting around ten weeks when it should be around four, Christmas will have added to this,
Yes, you can ring them, as long as the Decision has been made and the Decision Letter has been posted then they can tell you the result over the phone.
