I've been in the Support Group since a Tribunal found in my favour in October 2013 and was surprised that it was during September I received the said form. It was filled out and returned within a few days of the deadline. Then on October 9th, I received a curious letter informing me that they "had enough evidence" to make a decision. No evidence was sent to them with or without the review form so what is the evidence they have enough of to make a decision. Th HCP stated to the DM that I would need a medical as she was unable to advise just on the papers alone. Confusing eh? Considering the assessment isn't until the 29th January.
