I have appealed my case following a mandatory reconsideration where i wa awarded lower for both elements. Happy with the mobility but was 1 point away from enhanced as I scored no points for prompting on toileting. My psychiatrist has written a short letter to back me up. I do not clean myself properly after evacutation & require promptimg for this. I have very soiled underwear which would indicate this. Would photographs of these be considered inapropriate ? I have recognised severe mental illness and get a council tax rebate in recognition of this. Thank You
There's no restriction on you providing photographic evidence but don't let it substitute for you explaining your problem in detail as part of your submission to the Tribunal.
Remember, you must show that you require prompting for the majority of days for this to be considered.
