My apologies now for possibly asking something that’s been asked many times before. I am in the support group and receive severe disability premium and have been asked to attend a medical. Is this right? I thought it meant that I was exempt. Getting hugely befuddled with all the information available online and thought it best to ask the experts. My appointment is on Thursday and I’m already stressed beyond belief.
There seems to be some confusion over this, although I am not sure why. I'm sorry but being in receipt of the SD Premium while in the SG, or indeed the WRAG, does not exempt claimants from further assessment.
