Decision maker contacting Atos was created by Dave
Ive been waiting 12 weeks now for a decision and today when I phoned the dwp I was told theyve had to contact the assessor and are still waiting for her to get back to them. Is that normal? In the report Ive seen the assessor advised enhanced care, no mobility. Is this likely to mean that the decision maker is disagreeing with that?
Thanks

It means that the Decision Maker has questions about the report, either what it contains or potentially things that it does not.

I would have expected the assessor to have responded quite quickly so I would check with the Assessment Provider to find out what is going on.
