It is important you understand that the criteria for PIP are fundamentally different from that used for DLA, so as suggested, have a look at our PIP Claim guide.

Don't expect more information from the Decision Maker, the letter you have received is their Statement of Reasons for the Decision.

You mention several things from the letter, rather than concentrating on what is said, look at what their comments have meant they could assume, so as an example; PIP does not consider the claimant's ability to use a mobile phone, so what is implied by the comment?

Hi Gordon thank you - I will look & at the PIP claim guide again - I will also think about what is being suggested or assumed in comments opposed to reading them. I feel I have let my son down, I have done this all wrong despite looking at the descriptors, I explained the really distressing symptoms whilst attempting some activities - ending up in him vomiting - It has not been taken into consideration at all.
