There is a case law under DLA - CDLA/4333/2004 which allows a phone as an aid for assistance. I use it a lot because I cannot directly speak to people or go places because of contamination reasons. Can this be used under PIP?

I think I would just stick to explaining why the phone is needed than trying to reference DLA Case Law which is unlikely to be applicable to PIP.
