Disordered eating habits theses include conplety forgetting to eat as not registering hunger and bingeing out a few days which has caused weight gain we have tried and his forgotten to use plans and ironing home alarms to eat he is distressed and needs referral to parny care
If I take this to my pip assessment will that be good evdiance
You can continue to provide information at any time up to and including your assessment, although I would copy it to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
