Referrals and assessments

Hi last few weeks I have been having relapses i got a ESA assessment and if I bring my letter saying I have been refered to secondary care mental health will that help or will it get ignored of I show them

Also had one from the dietitian which says

Disordered eating habits theses include conplety forgetting to eat as not registering hunger and bingeing out a few days which has caused weight gain we have tried and his forgotten to use plans and ironing home alarms to eat he is distressed and needs referral to parny care

If I take this to my pip assessment will that be good evdiance
