Industrial injuries have awarded me payment for life due to work related accident which deemed me disabled I don’t have treatment anymore nor see specialists as nothing more can be done just pain management and medication.I have recently received esa50 to complete will they heed what industrial injuries department have said? Thanks in advance
It may help but ESA has very specific criteria that you will need to show that you meet, so unless your IIDB award directly addresses the ESA Descriptors, you are going to have to complete the ESA50 in detail.
