You can either make the MR request within the normal one month and say that you will provide additional evidence, the DWP should give you four weeks to provide this but it does include postage so in reality, you will probably only have three weeks.
Or, you can make a Late appeal when you have seen your GP but you will need to explain why the request is late, sourcing medical evidence should be accepted as Good Cause.
