PIP Appeal and GP report

My PIP claim has been decided and I have only got 6 its instead of an expected 19pts for daily living activities. The DWP say they have based their decision, amongst other things, on a GP report. I have since discovered a PIP form was made out by a doctor whom I have never met or had any dealings with. In my mandatory reconsideration letter should I bring this into question? I am hoping to get a copy of the report from my surgery so I can see in detail how this unknown to me GP has answered

I have requested this report and am hopeful that I will see a copy of it within the next day or two. My GP [ or should I say any GP that is available at my surgery ] has had very little input regarding my conditions. I have telephone consultations to avoid a risk of infection when in need of antibiotics. I saw a doctor in August 2017 who referred me to a musculoskelatal department who diagnosed sciatica and the need for MRI scan. As a result I was referred to a surgeon and was operated on in June 2018 for a trapped nerve and disc herniation L4/l5 vertebrae. I was discharged from this consultant 3 months after surgery. I see two consultants for my auto-immune condition. Combined respiratory in November 2017 with a 9month outpatient appointment. I am still waiting for my next appointment and am on the out-patient waiting list. My rheumatologist last saw me in May 2018 and I am waiting for the next 9monthly out-patient appointment.. Should I contact the consultants to make a report?
