Hi Gordon. I am requesting a MR for my husband after PIP review. He isn’t able to do it himself so I will be writing it on his behalf. Please advise if I write it as if he is describing or do I write explaining as I am writing and talking about him? Like he is unable to do this activity because of?

Unless you are his DWP appointee then you cannot act on his behalf so the request has to be in the first person and he needs to sign it.

That said, if there are reasons he cannot complete the request himself then you should explain these in the letter.
