Recording of face to face Assessment

I’ve had my face to face assessment and received a copy of the report, but not had the decision yet.

Can you find out if your face to face was recorded and obtain a copy?

The reason I ask, is many things I told the HP has not been included in the report, and even different points written down from what I said!

I figure if it has been recorded, then it would be able to proof this. I read somewhere that face to faces were going to be recorded in 2019.
