Hi I have been in esa support group since 2009. I had my medical assessment done again January 2019 ,which resulted in me being put into support group again. Does that mean I will not be getting reassessed and my payments will be paid until retirement?i know there’s been a new ruling regarding this but didn’t know if it applied to me because I’ve been claiming since 2009 x
Unless your latest Decision Letter says that you are exempt from future assessment then I'm afraid the DWP will continue to reassess you on a regular basis.
