My son has cerebral palsy and we are having to go to Tribunal to get his ESA back. We wondered if it worth paying for an independent physio assessment as we don't agree with the medical professional assessment- ESA85. Any help /thoughts would be welcome
The obvious question would be whether you can find someone who can carry out an assessment that deals with the ESA physical tests, a general assessment will certainly be useful but it requires the panel at the hearing to understand how it fits with the ESA criteria, this may be easy but it may also be difficult for them.
