Court cases against DWP was created by benefits61
In the press recently there have been several court rulings finding DWP in breach of various things and that they have to review many cases.
HAs anybody been reviewed yet, how would you know and has anybodies benefits been restored.

Yes, they are reviewing claims and awards and a number of members have reported being contacted, some with revised awards and others with no change.
