Hello
The health professional stated that I walked 33 meters, but I have had the distance measured and it was 22 meters. Obviously this is an obvious untruth. How do I go about correcting this?

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

How is this an issue for your claim? What distance did you state that you could reliably walk on the majority of days?
If you stated that your walking was limited to 20m or less then you should tackle this issue but you have still walked more than you stated and you need to explain the circumstance of this, the majority of days does not mean that you can never walk further than your stated limit but it does introduce the issue of your limitations being variable and you need to explain how.

It shows that it is a blatant lie, just like a lot of the other information on the assessment. Also make SMSing out other information.

I'm sure if you go through the report carefully you will find lots of issues like this and if you want to you can challenge all of them but even if you do you may not change the Decision Makers mind.
You need to be strategic with your comments, deal with the issues that lead to your scoring points.
