Hi Gordon. Got the results of the MR for my husband no change. So he is just on standard care only. But my question is, on the original decision it said till July 2021 but on this decision it says from 29 January for ongoing not July 2021 but may be contacted after july 2020 dose this mean it is like old DLA indefinite
It's as near to a DLA indefinite award as PIP gets, there will be a future assessment but it will be what the DWP refer to as a "Light Tough" review, I'm afraid I can't tell you what this will consist of as no one has had one yet.
