Hi, been on incapacity and esa since 2000, Was placed into the support group in 2013 following my first ever face to face, Got renewal six years later in Feb 2019 sent in the ESA renewal form in 11 weeks ago and heard nothing since. Still receiving payments. I’m on PiP high mobility and standard daily living, used to be on life long DLA. Rang DWP 5 weeks ago they confirmed they had the renewal form but could not give any timeframes for my ESA decision. Is it normal to wait this long ? Will I need another face to face.
