PIP Descriptor 6 was created by Gareth56
With respect to the PIP Descriptor 'Dressing and Undressing' what would an example of "adapted clothing" be compared to a shirt or trousers which have buttons and zips? Also is adapted clothing readily available at reasonable cost?

Thanks

The requirement for the activity is that the clothing is not adapted.

Thanks Gordon

What then is the situation if the HCP considers that you could carry out the activity but with adapted clothing and consequently gives you a lower score for that activity?

That would be a misinterpretation of the Descriptors but without any context, I can't say any more.
