I've had standard mobility rate for PIP since 2015, when I migrated from DLA. The assessor seemed overly interested in my driving job from ten years ago, the last time I worked. She gleefully stitched me up. I've spent the intervening years with depression, and now I find I'm autistic. I'm sure this is a dodgy decision, but they're sure to refuse my MR. Any experience, or views? Cheers.
Hi Ted Pea If you have submitted an MR and challenged an assessment, a new pair of eyes will be looking at the evidence and you cannot assume what they may think until you receive the decision.
