Hi

Regarding SARS - it's been about 3 years since i've made a SARS and i need to do one now.
You used to have a SARS form but i cannot find it or any ref. to SARS on yr site.
I looked online and it seems it's become online only for claimants.

I entered a request online but they don't send a confirmation email that it's been input.
Also the site says they have until the end of the month to supply the docs but i thought it was 40 calendar days?

Any advice - have i got this right ?

We never had a form for a SAR, we used to link to the DWP page which had one. You can write a letter just head it "Subject Access Request", there are instructions on the DWP page you looked at.

SARs should be deal;t with within 40 calendar days not including postage.
