ESA payment stopped was created by lynn
Esa50 form returned 5 days before deadline .royal mail recorded signed for which they received. On the day of my ESA payment due reduced rate rang jobcentre . They said I had been knocked of ESA due to the fact I didn't return esa50 . Transferred to disision maker .he said he's reinstating it that was 3 days ago .still no payment ,no contact since . Any advice if anyone has been put in this situation .what to do next .thanks

Hi Lynn

Unfortunately, you have no choice but to keep ringing of them. Even if it has been reinstated, it will see have to run through the banking system which may explain the delay. I would ring again and ask when you can expect to receive the payment, to ensure that it has been done.
