Thank you all for your help.
After a year's struggle with DWP, today a man from DWP called and apologized for the mistake.
I was restored to PIP and the highest rate was given.
He asked if I agree, I agreed and there will be no hearing!
DWP agreed to all my requests in appealing to the Tribunal
The medical report from the UC prevailed in this case.
All thanks to the guides from this website. I would never win without you! Thank you!!!

Many congratulations on finally succeeding. Great news.
I'd just like to add: why the hell have they let you sweat for a year to come to this conclusion? It beggars belief that they can waste peoples' time the way they do and all the extra money it must cost.
I just do not get it.
