9am appointment - physiotherapist came out just about 9.05 to say just going to read notes then call me in . She did so at 9.15 ( sat in chair with arms )
Walked down corridor few feet ( perhaps 20 metres + bit ? not sure ), got up onto couch immediately explaining have to lie down as at home on sofa majority of days .Asked my friends full name and typed this into computer. Asked if taxied - yes. Asked what type of house live in ( semi ), and if live alone - yes. Went through usual questions expected , but felt she was offish and rushing me through questions, when I really wanted to add things. I did refer to my claim form repeating what I’d written down , but she quickly butted in ; she had read this and was asking me for more details ! But I still referred to it as taken Citizen Advice lady 3 hours to fill out accurately. I should of said I didn’t wish to miss anything out.
Asked how many times went out ( x2 per week ) drove to Tesco’s 3 mile round trip, how long in Tesco’s = 20 minutes including sitting down, don’t have to reach for anything as all my things waist level, asked what eat - do I use knife and fork ( never asked this before ) told her unable to stand long enough in kitchen to cook, so eat baby microwave food , sandwiches / snacks. She asked why ? so told her pain and fatigue due to rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
Used bus into town as too stressful driving and picked me up outside front door , still having to stop to sit and rest , even outside ground if only choice.
However, half way through, she changed her attitude , stopped offish attitude, but still felt rushing through questions.
Medication ; what and how often, housework, socialise, incontinent , bathing, ever thought of taking my life , shopping,
So desperately making list of things asked and what felt missed out in case MR onto appeal.
However, did emphasis the daily struggling with everything ; I just hope I got it across.
( didn’t mention granted Blue Badge April 2019 - completely forgot )
Suddenly, at the end, she asked if carry could try movements, hands, arms - refused to raise arms above head as always painful, despite pain relief . Unable to form fist and touch thumb to fingers. Raised legs , she said don’t do any that unable to do or find painful

As soon as got out walked to seating area and had to sit down on floor due to back pain and sitting on floor relieves worst of the pain

My friend timed assessment was 45 minutes long

She said hear result by 6 weeks
