On my husband’s PA4 V3 under Moving Around the HP selected d. Can stand and then move using an aid or appliance more than 20 metres but no more than 50 metres. 10 points.

Can I reference this on question 1 of the ESA50? Or this prohibited?

We’re waiting on the PIP result and I don’t expect it to arrive before submitting the ESA form. The main reason I ask is because this corroborates the information I’m providing AND keeps him in the Support Group.

I do appreciate that the PA4 is a recommendation only.

It's a relevant piece of information and as long as you make it clear that you know it is only a recommendation there's no reason not to use it.
