hi
i'm trying to access guide for ESA but will only give me sample pages keeps saying I have to join,
had this problem a while back
im logged in and have paid subscription so not sure why I cant get them
any suggestions ?

I am so sorry you are having these difficulties. Log out and try clearing your recent browsing data, and closing down any other tabs you have open, before trying to log in again.
