Just enquiring about answering the question on the pip form , would it be acceptable to answer the questions on addition sheets of paper and staple them to the form ( with NI number , name and the question number ) rather than writing in the extra information box ? . Or do the answer's have to be handwritten ? Or partly handwritten ?. Also I have an ESA85 medical report from my face to face assessment ,I was awarded support , would it be advisable to send this as evidence too ? Thanks in advance.
It's perfectly acceptable to type all your answers on additional sheets. Don't staple them - punch a hole and use string, a tag... whatever to hold them together. They have to take staples out and sheets can easily be dropped. Also, make sure that you number every sheet as well as putting the question number.
As far as writing in the box, you don't have to write anything - but I tend to write - "See Additional Sheet No1 " etc
It's fine to use your ESA medical report and show that you were given support, but you need to actually say in your evidence why it is relevant - because there are differences between PIP and ESA.
