Hi Gary thanks for getting back to me.I still have the car through mobility and was driving, however my blackouts have become more frequent .so have stopped. My wife drives me everywhere. My doc calls it a coughing fit. It can happen anytime certain smells can trigger it. Cleaning agent, cologne etc.If have a lot fluid on my chest. I cough and blackout.

Hi Gordon. You mention that regarding my blister packs that needs assistance to be able to get out of bath or shower 3points.My last assessment for pip I got 3points for this. Can you please explain how this is coupled with my medication blister pack.

What I was saying was that the one point available for managing your medication could not help woth an award on its own, as an example; if you had 6 points then it would only increase it to 7 points, still to few for an award.
However, if you have also scored for difficulties getting in or out of a shower or bath then this will also give you an odd number of points so if you had 7 points then the extra point would give you the 8 needed for an award.
It is only these two Descriptors that are affected in this way, all of the others given an even number of points.
