I filled in my form about esa underpayments around 12 weeks ago. I was told by dwp that it would take this time for payment.
I am just wondering if you could tell me if they would write to me even if I wasn't owed any money back? Or if I was owed money would it just go into my bank account?
I don't really know if I should be waiting on a letter or checking my bank.
