hi Gordon I had it pay a personal debt of 15.000 that was lent to me I don't have a recipite for this I may be abel to get a written one and also credit card debts I only have about 800 pounds left
so I can not justify some of it
I am not drawing any more money from my pension as I cant till I am 67 so I will have no money coming in what could I do

one thing I forgot to say I seriously did not know I had to inform the dwp as I was told its your money I did not know about any limits or anything
am I in the wrong
my illness is realy affecting my decisions I am now suffering with depression anxiety
I also had to help all my children out and my wife

I think you need to get face to face advice from a trained, salaried advisor, do an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode. town or county.

Did you not tell them you had cashed this in? I didn't, spent it on having a wet room fitted and tiled etc then got a £2,500 fine from DWP which I pay back weekly out of my ESA.
I thought that as I'd spent it virtually immediately, that would be ok. It wasn't!
No big deal. Said I didn't realise and I've been paying it off weekly for the past 18months...7 to go!
