I am waiting for my PIP appeal date and have just received a work capability assessment form for ESA. Is this because I failed to get enough points for PIP? My mental heath and stress levels are through the roof. The ESA form has to be completed and returned by October 4th.

The arrival of your ESA form is nothing to do with you go through PIP appeal. Many members have found themselves in a similar position. I'm afraid you have to go ahead and complete the form.
