Can anyone advise me as to whether or not the DWP keep on file the additional evidence I sent them to support my original PIP claim or will I have to resend it if I get a re assessment in a couple of years?
When you're reassessed you will need to send any supporting evidence again - even if there is no change in your condition. You would be unwise to rely on a new assessor having access to old records. BIS
